CLASSIC COCKTAILS $10
Manhattan
While its origin is obsure, we trust you know a classic when you drink one. Bulleit bourbon, Sweet Vermouth and Angostura bitters, stirred, up and garnished with a brandy cherry. Take that, Big Apple.
Sazerac
A signature New Orleans drink and one of the first true, honest-to-God cocktails. Old Overholt Rye Whiskey, sugar, Peychaud’s and Orange bitters with an Absinthe rinse. Served up with an orange zest.
Aviation
First published in ‘Recipes for Mixed Drinks’ 1916, this classic consists of Gordon’s gin, Maraschino liqueur, Crème de Violette and lemon juice. Served up with a brandied cherry, prepare to be flying high.
Dark & Stormy
You’ll make it through the night with this drink: Lime juice, Angostura bitters, and Bundaberg ginger beer over ice with a float of Gosling’s dark rum. Ahoy!
Last Word
This prohibition-era cocktail harmonizes four ingredients in equal parts. Combine gin, lime, maraschino and Green Chartreuse with a steady shake and what you get is The Last Word.
A Drink With No Name
Kettel One vodka, Orange liqueur and Green Chartreuse… A mysterious libation that will leave you smiling and wondering who you are and what you’ve been up to.
Holy Julio
Don Julio tequila mixed with agave syrup and fresh-squeezed lime juice adds true Mexican flavor to this angel-meets-devil margarita. Served on the rocks and topped with a saintly lemon-lime soda halo. Amen!
Moscow Mule
A drink to fuel even the Maddest of Men, this tangy concoction launched the vodka cocktail craze in the 40’s. Belvedere vodka, fresh-squeezed lime juice and ginger beer over tall ice bitters float. Ain’t that a kick in the… ass!
