About Juanita MORE!
Bosslady Juanita MORE! is a Bay Area native with over 35 years experience in the food and beverage industry. She has worked the line in restaurants from San Francisco to New York, worked for high-end food-forward retail brands Dean & DeLuca and Williams-Sonoma, and owned and operated her own catering business. Over the past 15 years, she has created successful pop-ups, serving fried chicken, tamales, and other family-style favorites. In nightlife, her presence is in high demand as an event coordinator, MC, hostess, DJ, and performer. Juanita’s political voice has been influential in raising awareness as to the future of San Francisco and the plight of people who live there.

About Chef Cory Armenta
Chef Cory Armenta is a California Culinary Academy graduate who has worked for Nice Ventures, LLC at Rose Pistola, Terzo, and Roses Cafe.  Most recently, he worked for Jennifer Spiegel and Jonathan Beil at Fork & Spoon Productions, a boutique catering and event design company in San Francisco. He has also worked as Executive Chef at Hecho, HiTops and The Catamount in Los Gatos, the latest restaurant from Ray Tang and the Presidio Social Club family. Cory and Juanita have been hosting and executing food and dining events and dinner for over five years.

About Cole Church
Cole Church is a Northern California native who grew up hunting, fishing, and gardening. He is a San Francisco-based food stylist and chef who moved to SF in 2002 to study Conceptual Arts and Textiles at San Francisco State University. Cole’s food service resume includes beloved San Francisco restaurants Boulettes Larder and Zuni Café, where he worked as host and server, gaining experience and strength, both in and out of the kitchen. Cole has spent over a decade cooking in Juanita’s kitchen, for private clients, and catering events. As a food stylist, he has worked on cookbooks, and large advertising campaigns, and cooked everywhere from the legendary restaurants of Italy, to the small home kitchens of local chefs.

FARE + FLAIR

Dinner Tues. – Sat.from 5 – 9 pm.  Curated by Juanita and her team, the full-service dinner menu will feature a take on Latin-Mediterranean style food.

Every Sunday 11 am – 3 pm.  Drag-hosted brunch with Juanita and special guests, serving items such as an open-faced chilaquiles sandwich and Juanita’s magical hangover pizza cure.

Every Wednesday from 5 – 9 pm.  Juanita will host an affordable family-style dinner with a revolving menu reflecting her moods and the seasons with family favorites.
